
I don’t know about you, but the month of December has not been so kind to me. I’ve always believed that you can eat ALMOST anything you want as long as you consistently exercise. Problem is, what happens if you keep eating and eating, but you stop working out? That was December for me.
I usually go to the Downtown 24 Hour Fitness 3-4 times a week. It’s located on 505 S. Flower St (cross st. is 5th). I had the hardest time finding this place at first because it’s located underneath the Paul Hasting’s building. You can park at the parking structure across the street from it for $1. The gym itself is pretty nice. It used to be really run down from what I hear, but it’s completely renovated now with new equipment and weights. It’s not a 24 Hour Sport so it’s not that big and it doesn’t have a b-ball court which stinks if you like to play hoops like me. However, the last thing you want to do at a gym is to wait for every single machine that you want to use. The best part about the Downtown 24 Hour Fitness is that it’s not crowded. So, if one of your New Year’s Resolutions was to join a gym and to work off the holiday fat, just comment below if you need a partner and you can save yourself some money on hiring a trainer!

Jeff and I are planning to join 24 hour fitness but most likely attending the one on Wilshire….speaking of love handles….if you are looking to get in shape…I’ll be starting my fitness group training soon. Give me a shout.
